Capri is a small jewel of a limestone island set on the outermost tip of the Sorrentine peninsula in southern Italy. The Capri Palace Hotel's Capri Beauty Farm is under the helm of the Medical Director Professor Francesco Canonaco and his specialist team. It is a perfect mix of divine spa treatments but with a medical side as well and the team constantly take part in university research to perfect protocols and personalise each treatment. It is here that the famous Leg School was founded which focuses on reviving and activating blood circulation, increasing metabolic function and banishing cellulite.

The SPA also has Metabolic Response, an exclusive method of weight loss. Each individual program is achieved through a set of clinical tests so that the prescription and individual diet plans can be combined with a series of integrated treatments that promote energy expenditure and weight loss. The program has been developed by Professor Canonaco in collaboration with the University of Milan. The Executive Chef, who holds two Michelin*'s, Andrea Migliaccio, works closely with Professor Canonaco so that meals for those taking treatments are correct to ensure successful weight loss treatment.

Recently the Capri Beauty Farm has added the Clean & Lean method by Bodyism. A deep rooted philosophy created to give everybody a simple and achievable blueprint for a lean and healthy body. Trainers work on improving posture, stress levels, sleep, nutrition and a tailored fitness programs to help each person create long term changes in their bodies while being able to stay committed to the program long after they leave the hotel. The team work with any injuries to accelerate the healing process and work with you to determine why you may be holding on to weight. Devotees of Bodyism include: Elle Macphearson, Hugh Grant and David Gandy.
